These terms govern your use of databasereactivation.co.uk. By using the site you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

Database Reactivation is a trading name of ProfitWize, a partnership based in England and Wales. Our business address is 37 Westminster Buildings, Theatre Square, Nottingham NG1 6LG. Who these terms are for

This site and these terms are intended for business users. By using the site you confirm that you are accessing it in the course of your business, trade or profession. If you are using the site on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms on its behalf.

Use of the site

You agree to use the site lawfully. In particular, you agree not to:

• scrape or copy content in bulk
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its systems
• submit false or misleading information in our forms or tools
• use the site in any way that could damage it or impair its availability

Availability of the site

We provide the site free of charge and do not guarantee that it, or any content on it, will always be available or uninterrupted. We may suspend, withdraw or restrict all or part of the site for business or operational reasons, and we may change its content at any time. The site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including as to accuracy, completeness or fitness for a particular purpose.

The Reactivation Calculator

The Reactivation Calculator gives an estimated revenue range based on industry benchmark figures and the numbers you enter. It is intended as general guidance to help you decide whether database reactivation is worth exploring. It is not a guarantee of results and is not financial, legal or other professional advice. Actual results vary depending on your list, your offer and how you follow up.

Booking a call

The discovery call booked through our site is free and carries no obligation. You can reschedule or cancel at any time using the link in your booking confirmation.

Our services

Any database reactivation work we carry out for you is governed by a separate written services agreement and data processing agreement, agreed before we begin. Those documents - not these site terms - set out the scope, fees and responsibilities of the work.

Intellectual property

All content on the site, including text, design, code and the structure of our tools, is owned by ProfitWize or its licensors. We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to view the site and use your own calculator result inside your own business. You may not redistribute, resell or republish it without our written permission.

Links to other sites

Where the site contains links to other sites and resources provided by third parties - for example, our online booking tool - these links are provided for your information only. We have no control over the contents of those sites or resources and accept no responsibility for them, or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them.

Viruses and security

We do not guarantee that the site will be secure or free from bugs or viruses. You are responsible for configuring your own technology and for using appropriate virus protection. You must not knowingly introduce viruses, trojans, worms or other material that is malicious or technologically harmful.

Your data

We handle your personal data as set out in our Privacy Notice, and our use of cookies is explained in our Cookie Policy.

Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot be limited or excluded under UK law.

Subject to that, we are not liable for any indirect, special or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill or data, arising from your use of the site or the calculator. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these terms or your use of the site is limited to £100. Liability for any paid services we provide is dealt with separately in the services agreement for that work.

General

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

If we do not insist that you perform any of your obligations under these terms, or if we do not enforce our rights against you, or if we delay in doing so, that will not mean that we have waived our rights against you.

We may transfer our rights and obligations under these terms to another organisation. You may not transfer any of your rights or obligations under these terms to anyone else without our written consent.

These terms are the entire agreement between you and us in relation to your use of the site. They do not affect the separate services agreement and data processing agreement that govern any paid work we carry out for you.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published on this page, with the “Last updated” date above.
